Marcelo is argentine and started in 3M in 1985. He moved to the United States 22 years ago, became a citizen and worked in several countries, mainly in Latin America and Asia. During his career, he faced challenges in different areas of the company, in the healthcare, automotive and aircraft divisions.

Marcelo is a Mechanical and Industrial Engineer and has an MBA.
